Dan purchased Brighton Accommodation Agency in August 2004. Having always been interested in property,and coming from a local family well known for property investment and business, the challenge of buying an independent Sales and letting agent, and running against the big corporates was something that couldn't be passed over.

Having previously managed a successful international sales company, it was always going to be a different breed of agency, but with a history of success in a variety of fields, a slow but definite progress was always going to happen.

Taking all his experience with him, and aiming to incorporate a high level of customer service and after care as company principles, he has managed to build a team that has embraced these ideas and pushed forward with them. In seven years the company portfolio has doubled year on year and with expansion into investor landlords, property development and acquisitions all top priorities, the future is looking busy and bright.

Jay is Brighton born and bred and has been an Estate agent for over six years working for two of the largest Estate agency chains in the country within the Brighton area. Whilst working for these agents he has gained a wealth of experience and knowledge within the property industry and has great knowledge of the local area. Barry Webb - Mortgage Advisor

Barry has been in the mortgage industry for over 11 years now. He has worked in the thriving London market for over 3 of those and 8 have been in the Brighton and Hove areas. His knowledge is vast due to his experience in different areas. He has worked for mortgage lenders in the sub-prime sector and the largest mortgage brokerage in the UK.
He has worked as an adviser in banks for many years before deciding to go it alone. Webb Financial Services was born in January 2007. The business has grown since January 2009 and has two other advisers working for him and has another two who will be joining the firm by the end of 2012.
